Service Description

U-ARE-SUS is a phone-based social deduction game inspired by Among Us. One player hosts via phone call while other players join and interact via SMS text messages.

Use of Service

Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
• You must have permission from your phone account holder if you are not the account owner
• You are responsible for any charges from your phone carrier for calls and text messages

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the service only for playing the game as intended
• Not abuse, harass, or harm other players
• Not attempt to disrupt or hack the service
• Not use automated systems to interact with the service
• Respect other players and maintain appropriate conduct

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate language
• Impersonate others
• Attempt to cheat or exploit game mechanics
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Spam or flood the service with messages

Game Rules

• Games are temporary and all data is deleted after completion
• The host controls when the game starts
• Players must follow game instructions sent via SMS
• We reserve the right to terminate any game or block any user for violations of these terms

Costs

• U-ARE-SUS is currently free to play
• You are responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier for calls and SMS messages
• Standard message and data rates may apply

Service Availability

• We provide the service “as is” without guarantees of availability
• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time
• We are not liable for any service interruptions or data loss

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• U-ARE-SUS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service
• We are not responsible for disputes between players
• We are not liable for phone carrier charges

Your use of U-ARE-SUS is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we handle your information.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Terminate or suspend access to any user at any time
• Modify or discontinue the service without notice
• Block phone numbers that violate these terms

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas.
